Colour Cups for Highlighting Hair
Highlight hair with easy to use Dateline Professional Colour Cups. Simply separate hair into sections, pull a cup over a section with provided hook and then apply gentle pressure to seal cup against scalp. Apply hair dye with provided brush and repeat as desired.
